Why I Started This
I’ve spent years working in recruitment, building teams, managing partnerships, and guiding candidates into roles that reshaped their careers.
After seeing thousands of resumes and LinkedIn profiles, I noticed a pattern: talented people were underselling themselves.
Not because they lacked skill or experience, but because their story wasn’t being told in a way that reflected their real impact.
That’s why I started The Brand Recruiter, to help professionals communicate their value the way recruiters and hiring managers actually see it.
